Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.stonegategroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/
From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Only open to residents in England aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group or Stonegate group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. Buy a pint of Qualifying Product (subject to availability) in participating 49 Proper Pub Value outlets to receive a scratch card. Scratch cards are limited to one person per day. Service is at the discretion of the bar staff in outlet. List of participating outlets can be found in the Pub Finder above.

Qualifying Products are: CRUZCAMPO, STRONGBOW, STRONGBOW DARK FRUIT, JOHN SMITH’S, FOSTER’S.

3. Purchases must be made personally. Amended, defaced or photocopied scratch cards are invalid. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen scratch cards.


4. There are 276 scratch cards available per outlet. Promotion opens 24th July 2023 and closes when all scratch cards have been handed out or 31st August 2023 whichever is sooner. Ask for availability before purchase. Scratch panel to see if you are a winner.

There is 1 grand prize of £5,000 for one winner only. The single scratch card holding the winning grand prize could be distributed across any of the 49 participating outlets. To claim this prize, show the card to a member of staff in venue and give your contact details. A member of Stonegate Group will then contact the winner to confirm bank details. The winner will then be paid the prize funds on the next available bacs run. Winner to retain card for proof of win.

There are 5 £250 Holiday vouchers distributed across all 49 participating outlets. Email Creative Travel & Event Management via Nick@CTEM.co.uk and quote the unique reference number from the scratch panel to redeem your voucher against a trip, event or experience.

There is 1 £50 shopping voucher in each participating outlet. To claim this prize, refer to back of scratch card.

There are 25 prizes of £10 in each participating outlet. Hand winning scratch card to a member of staff in outlet of issue only to instantly claim £10.

There are 50 free pints available per outlet. Winners can choose from CRUZCAMPO, STRONGBOW, STRONGBOW DARK FRUIT, JOHN SMITH’S, FOSTER’S. Hand winning scratch card to a member of staff in outlet of issue only to claim a free pint on your next visit to the outlet, subject to availability.

There are 50 discounted pints (£1 off RSP) available per outlet. Winners can choose from CRUZCAMPO, STRONGBOW, STRONGBOW DARK FRUIT, JOHN SMITH’S, FOSTER’S. Hand winning scratch card to a member of staff in outlet of issue only to claim a free pint on your next visit to the outlet, subject to availability.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

6. The surname and county of the £5,000 cash prize winners can be obtained by sending a request with a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address (shown below) or by emailing competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk within one month of the closing date of 31st August 2023. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.
7. There is no alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes.

8. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion, and/or its terms and conditions in whole or in part, without prior notice due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

11. If a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. The participating outlets have a right to refuse entry or service in accordance with the outlet’s Premises Licence and in the interest of promoting the licensing objectives.

13. Prizes are subject to UK and local Government restrictions.

15. The winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the outlets in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.

16. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

17. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
