These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of always conducting the promotion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.stonegategroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/ From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants' personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).

1.1 To enter this promotion you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of entry - Monday 20th March 2023 to Sunday 30th April 2023.

1.2 This promotion is not open to Heineken UK Ltd and Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families)

1.3 No purchase necessary. However, in order to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid email account.

1.4 Only one entry per person.

1.5 Multiple entries created by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.

1.6 Please follow the promotion guidelines.

1.7 To take part in the competition to win Heineken Cheers to the Summer tickets the user will need to complete the competition entry form that is detailed on the competition entry page which can be found at www.welovesport.co/winHCC23. To enter we will ask for your full name, date of birth & email address.

1.8 One winner will be picked at random from all entries with the correct answer on Friday 24th June 2022 and will win two tickets to the Heineken Champions Cup Rugby Final at Aviva Stadium, Landsdowne Rd, Dublin, Ireland

1.9. The Phase 1 prize includes include flights, transfers in Ireland and accommodation.

1.9.1 There is one (1) prize in total. This consists of:

• 2 nights' accommodation for two adults (aged 18+) Friday 19th May-to-Sunday 21st May
• Prize is based on both adults sharing hotel room.
• Return economy class flights (London to Dublin)
• ABTA or ATOL protection

1.9.2 Travel: Travel is subject to availability of flights and hotels. Return economy class flights included (London and Dublin). Return private transfers (airport to hotel) included. The travel is only available on the dates shown above. Transport between the home and the airport in the UK is the responsibility of the winner. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed.

1.9.3 Booking Creative Travel & Event Management as the organiser of the travel reward will liaise with the winner and offer advice and suggestions with regard to flights, insurance etc. Creative Travel & Event Management will make the bookings on behalf of the winner and will also provide protection under our ATOL Licence 3572. Cannot be exchanged for alternative. Can only be redeemed through Creative Travel & Event Management.

• This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative, refund or other alternative for any unused portions of the prize.
• In the event of cancellation by the winner, the winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
• All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winner's expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to the UK airport, meals, drinks, spending money, gratuities. A valid passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner and guests. Any cost associated with acquiring a passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner and guests.
• Should the winner wish to add additional items to the prize (extra nights, additional passengers etc.) then winner may do so at an extra cost. Additional tickets to the match are subject to availability. Creative Travel & Event Management will advise the cost prior to booking: Creative Travel & Event Management will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
• It is the winner's responsibility to advise Creative Travel & Event Management of any circumstance that may prevent them or a guest from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
• Prizes may be subject to further terms and conditions of Creative Travel & Event Management supplier, a copy of these is available to the winner upon request.
• The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking part in the prize. The Promoter/Prize Provider reserve the right in their absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter/Prize Provider, airline or any company associated with the prize, or, if the any party act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.

1.9.4 Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is included within the prize and it covers winners/guests up to and including the age of 69 years. There may be a supplement payable for winner/guests over the age of 70. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.

1.9.5 Amendments to Travel: Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier and must be met by the winner.

1.9.6 COVID-19: Should prize fulfilment be delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, the winner will be contacted by the Prize Provider and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the trip dates, revised fulfilment dates or prize elements. Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

1.9.7 Disruptions or Cancellations: The Prize Provider cannot guarantee that the holiday prize and/or optional activities will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Prize Provider is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. The winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.

1.9.8 No other travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation is included. These costs must be borne by winner and their guest. Winner and their guest are responsible for their valid passports and visas (if appropriate).

1.9.9 Use of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the venue. The prize is subject to the HEINEKEN CHAMPIONS CUP™ TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1.9.10 The promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Promoter or its agents are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

1.10 Winners will be picked on Monday 1st May 2023

2.1 If you win the promotion, we will notify you on either Monday 1st May 2023 or Tuesday 2nd May 2023.

2.2 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners. If the Promoter does not receive the response within 5 days, a winner rejects the prize or is disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random from all valid entries.

2.2 Phase 2 Prize Fund

2.2.1 Upon entering Phase 1 of the Heineken Cheers to the Summer competition, detailed above the user will be presented with a digital scratch card on screen to the chance to win prizes. These are listed below.

2.2.1.1 Prizes include (*below venues excluded) - 5,000 x Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 5,000 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 2,500 x £5 money off food voucher; 2,500 x 20% off food voucher; 60,000 x No win. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues. If you are the winner of a Phase 2 prize you will be notified of the prize details on screen and prize redeemed in venue.

2.2.2 Managed/Branded fascias Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher; No win. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues.

2.2.3 For Scotland Managed fascias - £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher; No win. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues. Bottle opener keyring.

2.2.4 For Wales Managed fascias - 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher; No win. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues. Bottle opener keyring.

2.3 Craft Union pubs - Bottle opener keyring.

2.3.1 If you are the winner of a Phase 2 Craft Union prize you will be notified of the prize details on screen and further contacted by email by 30th April 2023 to arrange delivery of prize.

2.4 Stonegate's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

2.4 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18.

2.5 The winners' details will be shared with Heineken Group in order to award the prize. Prizes are issued in person with specified collection instructions on the day and not emailed out.

2.6 The prize will not be transferable to another person

2.7 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize

2.8 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions allowing the attendance of spectators to live sporting events.

2.9 The winner and guest may be asked to provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to gain entry to the event.

2.10 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value

2.11 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant:

2.11.1 If found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

2.11.2 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else's behalf;

2.11.2.1 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter's social media pages that is, in the promoter's opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter's commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter's social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.

2.12 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.
